Anybody else had this problem? I chated with an operator using online chat, the operator name is Vincent or Vicent, he told me everything is okay, he assigned the bonus money to my account and the i got disconnected and now every time i try to connect i get the same message : [b]Account locked for security reasons................. [/b]
Anyone can tell me what should i do now? I sent a few messages to the support team e-mail adress but no answer.....

You account has been credited with wrong bonus. Once the amount is fixed your account will be reopen.

I have to wait days to fix a problem wich is because one of the operators, it would take me only 15 minutes to make another account
, can i do this ? Because i don`t find this normal... is not my mistake... i have to wait because someone of your crew not pays attention when doing his work......
