Cd and PRS points

Hi I have a problem this the PRS and CD points. :shock:
I did not found an article here which explains the differences between those two pointsystems.
How do you calculate the PRS-points. For example a tourneyfee of 3 $ gives 45 CDpoints, but how much PRSpoints ?
Also I have ca.150 Cd points now but 0 in my prsaccount. :o Is my cdaccount linked correct or do I have to change something.

Dear DonLoganXXX,

Please be informed that 5 PRS Points are awarded to you for every $1 rake or $1 tournament fee that you earn. Therefore, you will need to play in cash tables and in tournaments as they generate rakes and require tournament fees respectively. Unfortunately, there is no way to keep track of these points as of the moment. However, once you earned enough PRS Points, your nickname will automatically appear in the board.

what about?

I have earned 1500 CD points but no pkr points still normal?
