3. pass the quiz

Getting started: Pass quiz to rise and get $50 cash + $100 Pending
Beginner level: Play 2000 real money hands to rise
Intermediate level: Accumulate 6,000 CD Points to rise
Advanced level: Accumulate 12,000 CD Points to rise
